Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of joiner.uz (the "Service"), operated by "ITCOMMUNITY" LLC. By creating an account or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

joiner.uz is a free online platform that helps people find co-founders, team members, and projects to join. Users can create profiles, post projects, browse other users, and communicate through the platform. joiner.uz only facilitates introductions — we do not employ users, vouch for their identities or qualifications, guarantee any outcome, or become a party to any agreement between users.

You must be at least 16 years old to use joiner.uz. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself
• Keep your profile information up to date
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

joiner.uz is currently provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce paid features, premium subscriptions, or other monetization mechanisms, move existing features behind a paywall, or change the scope of free features at any time. We will notify users in advance of material changes. No promise of permanently free access is made.

You retain ownership of the content you post. By submitting content, you grant joiner.uz a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and distribute it to operate and improve the Service. This license ends when you delete your content, except to the extent other users have already interacted with it. You are solely responsible for your content and confirm you have all rights necessary to post it.

You agree not to use joiner.uz to:

• Post false, misleading, fraudulent, or impersonating information
• Harass, threaten, abuse, or discriminate against other users
• Send spam, unsolicited promotions, or repeated unwanted messages
• Use the Service for bulk job ads, MLM schemes, or sales pitches unrelated to co-founding
• Scrape or harvest information about other users without their consent
• Use bots or automated means to access the Service
• Attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems
• Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
• Violate any applicable law or regulation

Any agreements, partnerships, employment relationships, equity arrangements, or other commitments between users are entirely between those users. joiner.uz is not a party to such agreements. We strongly recommend you verify identities, check references, sign appropriate legal agreements, and consult professional advisors before making any commitments.

The Service, including its design, code, logo, branding, and features (excluding user content), is owned by "ITCOMMUNITY" LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written permission.

joiner.uz may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control, endorse, or take responsibility for any third-party content, products, or services. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk and subject to that service's terms.

You can delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms, if your account poses a risk to other users or the Service, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

The Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available', without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times
• You will find a co-founder, team member, or project through the Service
• Other users are who they claim to be or have the skills they claim to have
• Any introduction will lead to a successful partnership

To the maximum extent permitted by law, "ITCOMMUNITY" LLC, its affiliates, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to USD 50 or the equivalent in local currency.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless "ITCOMMUNITY" LLC, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the Service before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Tashkent, Uzbekistan, except where applicable law gives you the right to proceed in another jurisdiction.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not be considered a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent.
